These terms apply to all instructors, course creators, guest experts, and educators contributing content to CryptoGoatz.com. By publishing content through our platform, you agree to the following terms and responsibilities.

📄 1. Instructor Eligibility

To create or sell educational content on CryptoGoatz.com, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Apply and be approved by our internal review team
  • Submit verifiable identity (KYC may be required)
  • Demonstrate subject-matter expertise in crypto, DeFi, technical analysis, or related fields

We reserve the right to deny or revoke access at any time.

  • “Net revenue” = total sale price minus payment processing fees, discounts, and affiliate payouts.
  • Payouts are issued monthly via crypto or fiat (depending on your country).
  • Instructors must have a valid payout method and tax documentation (W-9, W-8BEN, etc.).

🧾 4. Taxes & Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for:

  • Reporting your earnings to your local tax authority
  • Maintaining compliance with relevant education, tax, or export laws
  • Not offering or promoting illegal content or unlicensed financial advice

We do not withhold taxes unless required by law.

📚 5. Content Standards

All instructor content must meet the following:

  • Be fact-based, actionable, and free from misleading claims
  • Avoid hype, speculation, or “guaranteed return” language
  • Include clear risk disclosures where applicable
  • Not promote specific tokens unless backed by thorough analysis and full transparency

We reserve the right to edit or remove content that violates these standards.

🚫 6. Prohibited Content

Instructors may not:

  • Share private or sensitive financial data of others
  • Engage in pump-and-dump schemes or promote known scams
  • Use copyrighted material without permission
  • Upload low-quality, plagiarized, or AI-generated spam content

📢 7. Promotional Guidelines

You may promote your courses via:

  • Approved affiliate links
  • Your social media and email list

We do not allow cold DMs or fake testimonials.
